Mental Health Days

Employees are eligible for up to three (3) paid Mental Health Days per calendar year. These days are intended to support personal well-being and can be taken as needed. No advance notice is required however, employees are encouraged to notify their manager as soon as reasonably possible to ensure coverage and support.
