Performance Evaluation

We encourage you and your supervisor to discuss job performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day basis. In addition, you and your supervisor may have formal performance evaluations to discuss your work and goals, identify and correct weaknesses, and encourage and recognize your strengths every six months.

We may give merit-based pay adjustments to some employees to recognize genuinely superior employee performance. These adjustments are based on several factors, including the information documented by the formal performance evaluations.
