Question: How much do your medical billing and RCM solutions cost?
Answer: At NCG, we calculate our pricing based on practice revenue and the volume of patients you currently have. We structure our fees as a percentage of collections so we do not get paid unless you get paid.

Answer: NCG Medical has been in business since 1979, providing billing and RCM consulting, strategy and software technologies to clients throughout the U.S.
Question: What states do you work in?
Answer: NCG is U.S.-based and we currently provide billing services to 46 states across the nation (all except South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming and Idaho).

Answer: We operate under Eastern Standard Time (EST) with office hours being 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST.
