How it Works. PerfectDial® creates customized messages by
automatically retrieving data such as date, time and provider from your
daily appointment schedule. Patients hear a seamless, professional
recording—for example: “This is the auto attendant with Pediatric
Care Center calling to confirm your
appointment with Dr. Walsh at our Smith Street office at 9:30 a.m. on
November 30.” The call recipient is then given the option of pressing “1” to
confirm the appointment or “2” to dial the office to reschedule or make
further inquiries.
Equipped with “smart technology”, PerfectDial® automatically retries busy or
unanswered calls, resulting in higher contact rates. It also has the ability
to recognize an answering machine and leave a message for patients that are
